Rather than providing direct income support, the program funds community-based organizations to deliver tailored services such as skills training, pre-employment coaching, workplace accommodations, and wage subsidies. These supports are designed to recognize the unique strengths and perspectives of neurodiverse individuals while addressing barriers they may face in the workplace.

Life Directions is proud to be one of the third-party organizations delivering these services.
