Who Are Life Directions?
Increasing Equitable, Inclusive and Diverse Workplace Awareness
Life Directions isn’t a place – or just the people who work here.
It’s the person who walks into a meeting unsure and leaves with a little more confidence.
It’s the small steps forward that start to change what feels possible.
It’s the momentum that builds – one conversation, one opportunity at a time.
Life Directions is the people we support – their goals, their effort, their progress.
It’s also the employers and community partners who choose to build more inclusive workplaces by learning, and doing things differently.
We meet people where they are and help chart a path that works in the real world.
As a non-profit organization funded by the Government of Canada, our role is simple:
to connect people to meaningful employment and help workplaces become stronger, more inclusive, and more human.
Life Directions isn’t what we say.
It’s what happens.
